Questions
Electrical service questions
What a service call includes, how pricing works, and the difference between replacing and adding.
Why doesn't the service guide show prices?
Pricing depends on the job. A two story chandelier, for example, depends on height, weight and whether scaffolding is needed. Call (509) 713-0083 or send the form, and we will quote your job.
What does a service call include?
A service call comes with a trip charge and includes the first hour of diagnosis and minor adjustments. Materials are not included. The trip charge covers jobs within 60 miles.
What is the difference between replacing and adding an outlet or switch?
Replacing swaps the device in a box that is already wired. A new outlet or switch includes the device, the box and the wire to bring power to it.
Can you replace my electrical panel?
Yes. We replace electrical panels with standard breakers or with ARC/dual function breakers, replace single circuit breakers, and replace overhead and underground service meters with a disconnect.
