By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who Owns This Site

This site is run by MAC'S3 Electric LLC, doing business as MAC's Electric. The site and its content, including text, photos, logos and graphics, belong to us unless noted otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy or republish our content without permission.

No Warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is." We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or error-free.

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not electrical advice for your home or building. Electrical work can be dangerous; have a licensed electrician look at your situation.

Service Guide, Quotes and Prices

The service guide on this site lists the kinds of work we do. It does not list prices and is not an offer to do any job at a set price. Every job is quoted. The price, what the work includes and the schedule are agreed with you directly, not on this site. If anything on the site conflicts with what we agree with you, what we agree with you controls.

Sending the quote form does not create a contract or obligate you to hire us.

Licensing

MAC's Electric is a licensed electrical contractor in the State of Washington, license MACS3EL810CN. You can check the license on the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MAC'S3 Electric LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
